Discord Phone, full service VOIP to call anybody anywhere (standard rates apply)

If Discord is already half way to be a full service VOIP then placing calls to the antique telephone system is a basic for any full service. (All cell phones are still apart of it.) Not just closed groups. (groups living quiet lives of desperation in close isolation) It would expand the usefulness of Discord to integrate everything into one place. Vonage is the only full service VOIP I know of. There are many websites saying Discord for business, and I see some discussions about phone extensions, adding phones to groups for audio only. But no way I know of and no particular service for it.

Anyway it would be another WeChat. WeChat was the first to integrate recorded voice to chat, face-to-face, money transfers, and now telephone. They are similar in the group idea that only primarily one on one, and it is worldwide now, but the telephone section is still only for China.
