I believe that administrators should be able to manage their own roles.
I read the role management guide on here somewhere that said that this function was done on purpose so administrators couldn't mess with other administrator roles, but they still can if their role is ranked higher than others, they just can't change their own.
With the hierarchic role system in place, an administrator with the "manage roles" setting turned on should be able to manage their own role and roles below theirs.
For example, in a server that I do not own, my role is set at the top with all settings including administrator and manage roles set to true and I can't manage my own role. If I want to change something as simple as the color of my role, I have to ask the server owner, who gave me the administrator setting in the first place, to change it for me. I don't think this should be the case.
