New permission system

I would like to see a new system of permissions, about which I will write now.

So, sub-categories for rights will appear, for example:
Send messages
  Delay for sending messages
  Delete your posts
  Change your posts
  Attach links / invitations (users without this right will not be able to send a message with a link / invitation to the server)
Create invitations
  Time limit
  User limit
Manage channels
  Create channels
  Rename channels
etc.
Also, for example, users who, for example, have the permission to create channels (and nothing more for channels) who create the channel will have all permissions to it, the same with emojis, roles, and so on
Also permissions for emojis:
You can choose the delay for using emojis, the limit on the use of emojis in 1 message, what role this emoji can use and which not, also the same with the channels: in which channel you can use this emoji and in which not
Also, webhooks, for example, can a webhook attach embeds, links, images, or can mention all
And also a new message filter, i.e.:
If it is indicated for everyone in a certain channel that they cannot attach nsvf images, then pictures on which there may be nsvf content are not sent.
And also, bad words filter for all languages and status filter (If status have something disallowed (links, bad words, etc) on guild status will not be shown)
