Please make the Discord desktop app have a more native feeling

Hello,

over the last year using the Discord app, I've found several things that annoy me about the desktop app.

I understand that many Electron-based apps have these problems.

1. Please allow resizable columns: It should be possible to resize the individual columns in the discord client (channel list, content area, sidebar)

2. Remove "cursor:pointer" instead of the default cursor on many UI elements. I know this is a minor detail, but it annoys me every time I hover over things and it's a really simple fix. Is there any reason this hasn't been done already?

3. Give me the ability to create multiple windows (friends list, video chat, different channels on different servers) just like on any other messaging client.

4. Add more menu items in the macOS menu bar to allow for more keyboard-based controls. This is also an important aspect regarding the subject of accessibility

I do understand that some of these changes require quite a little bit of work on the client, but I and many other users would greatly appreciate them.
