Nitro Gift Cards

I'd love to buy Nitro, but don't have any Credit or Debit Cards. I get paid in all cash. I was wondering if y'all could make Gift Cards for a Nitro Membership just like PlayStation Plus or Xbox Live with gift cards you can buy from stores.
