More customisation of who can ping what roles.

I think a matrix of sorts would be useful to say that some roles can ping other roles. 

This would be useful to be able to choose who can ping what roles.
In the picture below, it shows how it could work, this is only a possible solution:
Alternatively, it could be set out like below, where the roles that can be mentioned are listed next to the role.

  I was just about to make a post about this myself! This would be another great addition!
  I was super happy that they finally let us ping roles without turning on pings for the entire server!
  
  Now they just need this as some roles absolutely do not need to ping @everyone or  @here as well.
