New UI is cramped and distracting plz fix

I love and appreciate the Discord team and all they do for us, but the new UI update is making me lose my mind. Before everything was compact and clean while still being accessible, but with this new update everything feels cramped, not to mention how distracting it is to leave your mouse hovered over chat.

The New Messages bar is harder to see and I feel is out of place when it comes to the app's aesthetic. The removal of lines between people's messages makes it harder to differentiate between who said what, even if usernames are in bold. The quick reactions feature gets in the way and I keep catching myself unintentionally reacting to messages when trying to scroll down because the buttons are so big.

I'm sure a lot of people may find these features useful but PLEASE make it optional for those of us who prefer how the old UI looks and is organized
