Uprising feature?

Hi all, I think it would be really cool if discord had an uprising feature. Basically if enough people in a server decide that the owner is not good and want to run the server themselves they can have an uprising and decide among themselves who should become leader. This is mostly because it's annoying to see great servers going down because of poor management.
