NSFW Profile Pictures

First off, I want to thank @YaBoiLow for suggesting this idea to discord on twitter.

Giving users an option to make their profile picture "NSFW" so another person can enable an option that says. I don't want to see NSFW profile content. Then any profile picture labelled as NSFW will be censored, blurred, appear as a grey background, or even the default discord profile picture. Anyone who says, yeah I'm cool with NSFW profile picture will see it for what it is.
