Moderation tools are lacking

I don't think many people would argue that Discord's moderation tools are pretty basic. Other than the audit log needing to actually log details rather than basic summaries so mod teams don't have to be purely based on trust, Discord's kicking and banning features need some standard features added.

For kicks specifically, I believe that the user should have their roles and permissions retained as it's simply a kick. This allows you to send a warning without having to re-add all of their things when they rejoin.

For both kicks and bans, the user should actually SEE the reason of the kick/ban. It serves no purpose to even type anything there besides logging, which isn't necessary when most servers usually keep a manual log anyhow. The reason should be sent to the user instead of the server just plopping out of existence.

The moderation tools are genuinely too basic for the platform's own good. Please see to expanding them to more acceptable levels so servers can be handled far better than using bots and trust.
