Emoticon Organizational Rework

With the introduction of server boosting and the new emote server limits, I think a new configuration/organizational option is in order for emoticons both within a server's management and for users otherwise. 

With a whopping 500 total emote slots for Tier 3 boosted servers, organizing emotes in your server, searching for them, and otherwise has become difficult both for those managing the server's emoticons and users searching for one to post or react with in the chat. 


In regards to searching for emotes and putting them in chat, maybe it's possible to replace the "frequently used" section with a user-selected "Favorites" area? Sometimes it can be somewhat inaccurate. Potentially there is some room for more categorizing on the user's part as well. 

Another small note: I typically type my choice of emote in manually as a PC user, and because I am in so many servers, a lot of emotes have similar names. Occasionally an emote that I never use will default at the top of the list when typing in the name, and when one presses enter it'll past an emote that they never use, but for some reason is defaulted to. Maybe this is something the "Favorites" section could work into as well.

For server management, I don't want to say "EMOTE FOLDERS!" like I've seen thrown around quite a bit, but maybe there is something similar that servers with a large amount of emotes. I think the list of emotes in the settings could be organized in a different way as well, potentially. 

I don't have any concrete, perfect solution, but I think it's something that should be looked into seriously by the discord team. This is just speculation on my part, but I think for most nitro users, the main draw to purchasing the service has to do with the emotes. It's maybe even the most enticing thing about Discord's chat compared to other competing platforms, outside of how the server structure works.

With this in mind, some changes to how users can search for/manage their emotes would be very beneficial to the quality of the platform overall in my opinion.
