Discord linking a Spotify account I didn't give it permission to

I have 2 Spotify accounts, one of them I don't even use has my personal name and it was linked into connections AND displayed without any way of me knowing until a friend told me about it.  I'd prefer to have known that this happened.  I'm unsure of where to even post this, apologies if it's a forum post or something.  I'd like to see this sort of thing changed.
