Chat Report Button Idea

Generally, most discord servers have admins, moderators or server mods who are in charge for looking after their community.
I think that there should be a way to make it so when you create a role you check the Moderator role and then it enables a new feature for anyone who has that set perm ticked. When any message in a server is sent, there is a new option to send a report to server mods so that then they are able to check it against their rules and sort problems quicker. This could quite simply be a bot which sends them a confirmation message or a discord channel which will let you see what the issue is so you can mark it as resolved or unneeded to be done. 

I think that this idea would benefit discord as it would help create a safer community and then also it would help discord servers with administration and moderation in their servers.
