Pas de mail de vérification

J'essaye de me connecter à discord via mon téléphone. Cela me dis nouvel appareil détecté vérifier vos e-mails mais je ne reçois rien j'ai vérifié dans mes spams et autres mais rien. Pouvez-vous m'aider s'il vous plait ?

I am trying to connect to discord via my phone. It tells me new device detected check your emails but I do not receive anything I checked in my spam and others but nothing. Can you help me please ?
