Let us disable the Go Live function

Seriously, it is so annoying to have this pop up on every single game I play every single time I boot it. I don't stream, I never streamed, I don't even watch streams - Please let us get rid of it, it's actively making me want to just keep discord closed altogether.

  gotta definitely agree with this. the go live notification even causes lag when i start up some games and is definitely not necessary. it's fine if it's on by default to promote the stream feature, but there should definitely be an option to disable this notification.
