make bots able to ping the roles if they have the permission for it

can it be done so that bots can act as users on the side of permissions.

Like someone with the permission "mention @everyone, @here, and all roles" enabled can ping every role, but a bot with that permission can't do that

it would be nice if bots could do that because at this moment we still need to enable it so that everyone can ping the role.

    Same problem with my bot.
    Roles which aren't pingable by anyone, aren't pingable by bots, not matter the permissions.
