Add "game tracking" toggle to status menu

If I want to set my status to "idle", everyone will still see what game I'm playing.  So I have to go into "settings"-->"game activity" to disable the "display currently running game as a status message" (aka game tracking). 

It makes sense to include a toggle for this "game tracking" right there in the status menu where I'm selecting "idle" status since they are generally the same concept: hiding from your friends for whatever reason (in my case bailing on a D&D game so I can play Rust).
