SUGGESTION: Create a "Commander" role that can exist in two channels simultaneously

As the title suggests, some more complicated type raids in games require two or more teams to hold separate tasks during a larger portion of the mission. Giving a role to a player that can allow them to act as a "General", instructing teams, and gathering information. Would be a cool option
