Have notification sounds fire only for DMs, but retain taskbar flashing for servers

Hello!

I'd really love a functionality where Discord does silent notifications for servers while allowing for sound notifications for DMs.

In the current Discord, if I turn off 'Sound' in notifications, this applies to DMs as well. It would be great if this could be changed on a per-server basis, or at the very least, between servers as a whole and DMs as a whole.
