Recived no response of discord in 40 hours regarding an issue.
Hello,
I am annoyed with the discord support team I have sent 2 messages on twitter in 40 hours regarding an account that got banned in 2 hours of creating it, please explain why and not give me a message saying "Our bot as detected anti spam", to make things even worse I contacted them over both emails and no response.
I enjoyed discord but this is dumb all the stuff i seen on reddit about being banned and not responded to, is now true and because of this ive had to use a fake email to make another account just to log on to this post page.
If a discord member is looking at this please sort case: 6857522....
Honestly I am about to head to reddit with all the proof that I messaged you guys 4 times within the last 40 hours, no response on both emails and on twitter...I understand your busy but 40 hours come on now, you respond on twitter within 4 seconds.
Heres my feedback: Tell users what they have done to break the rules, because as far as Im aware I have not broken one apart from the "Our systems detected anti spam" this means you will stay banned, I only had the account 2 hours!

This has to be a worser customer support that of jagex headquaters. Now im not sure but according to my friend katch you all have corona virus: "Its covid times, they sent staff home" Well i hope you have a pc at home discord staff cause this response is dumb oh wait i forgot there has not been one, why am i being so hostile right now? Well do you want to wait 40 hours or more for a company that bans you for no reason or does not even give a reason.

Judging by the responses discord has made and the messages you've said. I think discord is mostly in the right side here. Have you verified your email with that account yet? If you already have and it's the same email as the other one i could see why it's flagged. As for illegal content i could see why they would terminate your account especially in a server that has the name "Hack" -"Hacking" -"Exploiting" or "Exploit". You could learn or talk about ethical hacking else where than discord. But i can't say everything as i'm not a discord staff member.

I agree with the post written above about the support team. I can confirm that it has been almost a week since I haven't received a reply. Yes I do understand there is high volumes of requests but to leave someone on read for a week? Honestly, I've been very patient and waited many hours and days but still have no response. I emailed Twitter and they directed me to the same thing to email the discord abuse.

When I try to open Discord and log in, I have the message saying my account is still yet disabled. I'm pretty sure they must of done all their investigation to this topic and let me know in a advanced rather than it being nearly a week or more....Since the day I sent a message I thought discord team would respond fast.

Same here but it says i gotta verify with phone number but I ain't got a phone just a laptop i emailed 2 times but they did reply but I wanna know how long it will take bc I checked again this morning and it says this again. And I saw on the top that I had 43 discord messages lol.

I'm having the same issue and discord hasn't even stopped to respond yet. I have an alternate account, with the phone number on it that I would like to be terminated. However, I can't delete it because I can't log in. I don't want the phone number on my alt!!!! And they won't even tell me how much the timeout is. Both of my accounts are locked out, I can't deactivate 2FA, I need to help people on my server that have a chance of killing themselves, and I think my account has been hacked because it's asking me to claim it! I don't understand how discord support can be so unhelpful!!!

I have the same issue too, on an alt called Evil JDJG#8034 (Basically I was joining a lot of bot list guilds cause I wanted my bot to be popular boom ) Anyway both times they were like we aren't reinstating it, Look I wasn't botting discord on that account, Now I removed the phone number, I can't add it to my main or alt, discord please allow google voice numbers or make it so you do a captcha ffs, thanks :D

I'm in the same boat as ChuzMia786, I verified my account with my phone number, and immediately afterwards removed the ph number because I'm concerned about privacy. Doing that got me locked out of my account, and now for the past two months I can't re-verify it with that same phone number for some bizarre reason.
Whenever I email support, I keep getting a generic response of 'your account was terminated for ToS violations', but I am still able to login and my account shows up in servers, so that's obviously not the case.

At this point discord i have sent 4 emails and discord has not replied i have messaged from all platforms and still no answer discord pls answer me Hey! This is my last time i am writing this when i log into my other account and i put my number on my other account and then I removed it as i was trying to log back in my main account it said “The number was recently used on a different account “ i have waited 2 days and still wont let me log back in some one pls help mee i have removed the number from the account still cant log back in can one of u tell me how long do i have wait until i can log back in my account!!

Both my accs are flagged for being bots when all i was doing was chatting in one server and vcing in the same one and out of the blue they got flagged the only reason why i had no phone number was because of my own privacy if i could have i would've used the email

I have un installed discord and will never re install absolutely crappy way to confirm someone is not a bot for the sole reason SOME OF US DO NOT HAVE PHONE NUMBERS
