Change timezones for reader with chat markdown

You know the spoiler markdown with ||text||? Make something similar with time. For example, I live in timezone X and the reader in timezone Y, and when I put time in for example [10:20PM] it will automatically change the time for the reader reading the message to his/her timezone.

Example:

chat box: hello, this is the time: [10:20PM]

(reader reads it but is in a different timezone)

hello, this is the time: 11:20PM
