NEW SERVER/ADMIN SUGGESTION: member pre-register info.

Hey team. Was wondering if we could integrate some sort of way for Server Creators and/or Admins to be sent the email address of all new server members. I've had many problems with spam accounts in the past, even when implementing various security measures and bots. I feel that giving the owner of a server the option to gather email information (with agreed consent) of all server members, would be a positive change. I really would like to add a lot more members from within my own IRL communities, but with the "Virus" at the moment, approaching people online is the best way forward. However I cannot make invites public due to spam accounts etc. But even if I direct messaged a bunch of people, I wouldn't have any kind of verification as to who they are. I know that there are verification levels in place on Discord. But having a system in which the owner of a server has more regulation could be of great potential! (Of course members would need to be verified of where their information is being sent before signing up with the server). This system would give great piece of mind. Apologies if something like this is already in place. In my expansive research on the topic I had not found anything. Cheers, Shadow Soul
