[Remote Education] Ability to copy categories and role permissions

Hey. 

Setting up server's for people to use for Teaching/Learning is a pain in the arse.  

Because if i have 20 groups of people, each of which needs a specific category.  

This means that I have to:  

Setup 20 identical categories

Setup 20 identical roles  

Assign all the roles appropriately to categories.

It would be great if i could at least copy roles and/or copy categories.
