Suggestion: Custom welcome messages

Alright so hear me out, I love the welcome messages they're honestly great but I wonder if it's possible to make your own welcome messages customized for each server or only have select default ones appear. What if you wanna rick roll every newcomer? What if you wanna have specific messages for a DnD server like "A mysterious traveler _insertnamehere_ has entered the tavern"? The possibilities are endless!

  @Ninjesus you could also use a bot to do this for you?

  I agree.
  It would be cool to be able to create custom welcome type message too, with a bot.

  So it can be seen as "notification" or "event" and not "bot said that" (with the name of the bot). A real /me ;)
