Might have been IP banned?

Can't access my account from my home IP, but it works if I use Tor or a vpn (was testing). This makes me believe that I have been IP banned. However, I have received no notification, no reasoning whatsoever. All of a sudden, my account of 2 years has been rendered un-usable, and I am unsure as to why. Yes, i'll admit I probably did break a rule (possibly many) and this ban is most likely well deserved, but I would really like to know the why. 

Another friend of mine recently got her account banned (IP banned I think, her account is still up and everything, just not accessible) and she sent me a picture of what seems to be a ban reason email, she also seems to have gotten said email without prompting discord for a reason. So taking that into account, maybe i'm not actually banned? But I probably am, and discord just didn't see fit to actually send me an email.
