Setting to Turn off DMs for newer server members to stop Spam Bots Advertising

Recently, there have been many Spam Bots appearing in Discord servers advertising their own servers or other content. Most bots join, send their message and leave so its hard to moderate and by the time someone from the server said that it's happened, the spam bot has normally left and nothing can be done except for reporting them.

The idea I have to stop this is to have a setting in servers that can stop newer members from sending direct messages to server members for a period of time. This will reduce the amount of spam bots getting through to members, e.g. They have to wait 24 hours before sending a direct message and therefore the spam bots become useless for that period of time. This option could be like the cool down system in channels where you can select a period of time before they can message.

I believe this would significantly reduce DM spam bots putting an end to the issue.
