2FA Channels

The ability to make certain channels readable to accounts with 2FA enabled. This will allow users to increase security on servers with sensitive content, especially business servers, by making sure accounts can't be compromised as easily.

Should they ever disable 2FA, they no longer can read these channels until they re-enable 2FA.
