Permissions and Discord own server

It’s kinda frustrating when you have to go to every channel to shut off some permissions to one person. Discord should allow for admins or the owner of the server to go in to the server settings and go to a category for permissions and be able to select “Every Channel” or “Several Channels” and pick the channels they want if it’s several channels, then pick the person they want to give or lose permissions to. Also it would be really neat if Discord would make their own Discord Server.
