My Account Has Been Disabled

Hello. So my old account got disabled on Discord for promoting self harm but I got hacked and I didn't do anything wrong. I made a break for 2-3 days and after them I got logged out. When I wanted to log in it said: "Your account has been disabled." I contacted with Discord Support but they didn't answer me. I waited 5 days. How long I have to wait to get answered by Discord Support? My account: Lovely Girl#3453.

send another email to them i just emailed them and got answered in a hour or two
