Server boost scaleability (10 vs. 50+)

Why small servers with less than 10 members pay for boosts the same as huge servers with so many members. there's no incentive for small groups to boost or create servers that's private with all benefits.

a simple system that recognize the number of joining members and require them to scale their boosts count accordingly.
