**Please Upvote** Split the 'Manage Roles' setting into two separate settings.

Hi all,

I would like to see the 'Manage Roles' setting split into two separate settings, which would be:

1) Assign roles / remove roles only.

2) Edit / delete roles only.

I believe this would benefit all discord servers, especially in moderation scenarios, and would love to see this implemented.
