Microphone gets "muted" while streaming "Go Live"

Hi,

First of all, thanks for increasing the screen sharing capabilities during the pandemic, it has been very handy for working groups. It seems very stable except for some particular cases in which while they stream, either the sharing person or one of the listeners microphone stops working. It starts working again if that user changes channel briefly and comes back, but it seems quite random for thos specific users. Any idea what could be going wrong or what we should try?
