Better Role System

Hi, so I'm looking to suggest a new set of rules to help boost the existing role system in Discord servers to some new heights (in my opinion). I came across all of the ideas in this post while setting up my server, and I think if they were implemented it can help a lot of people (and would definetly help me :) )

First of all, there needs to be a way to set multiple roles in the same level in the hierarchy (level groups? :P) to allow different roles to have an ability to manage roles in a better way. currently, there seems to be a problem with that - if I define a role with the ability to manage roles it will be able to manage all roles underneath it, and if I want another role to have the same ability this causes a problem because one of those roles will have the ability to give other people the ability to manage roles, which is not nessecarly a wanted situation.

Second, channel specific permissions  - I want to be able to set permission to people with two speccific roles, not just one. I came across this problem when I was trying to design a server with gaming channels for different roles, and also roles that control which game channels you can so there won't be spam in other gaming channels by people that dont play a specific game.

Finally, sub-categories. This is not really role related, but it could provide a fix to the second problem (maybe). I want to be able to create a category inside another category with different permissions (comes back to the double-role permission problem).
