Channel Permissions

We need more in-depth channel permissions.

for example:
attachment only channels where users are only allowed to post images.
Poll channels where users can only create and react to polls.
pure text only channels where no links are permitted or anything else.
etc.

it shouldn't be too difficult to make this a reality. And users have been asking for it for years.
The current permissions available are way too vague and i rarely use most of them.
