Role folders; color groups, name groups, category permissions

Add a function to group roles in folders. For example, all color roles can go in a folder labeled "Colors" below staff roles, and you can move/delete/edit permissions for the whole folder at once, instead of needing to go one by one. It would work much like the category system for channels.
