Account disabled
Edit: Wrote unexpectable instead of unacceptable(Post is 2 years old)
Hello fellow discord team,
My account has been disabled for (in my view) no reason at all. I have been falsely targeted for harassment and violating the terms. I was in a group with toxic people who probably did, but the discord safety bot decided to ban me. This is totally unfair. I have done nothing wrong my whole 3 years on discord. I will not explain everything I put in my emails. But the point is I keep getting this automated message that I have indeed violated the terms (which is not true) and I am having the feeling that no one is reading my emails.
My request id are: 7273857 and 7287199 . The safety bot is not accurate. I have so many friends on discord that are probably thinking why i haven't reply to them in a week. Please read my emails.
I hope that at least this gets read by some moderator or admin idk.
If you are having the same problem, Please comment on the post. This is unacceptable.

same i made another account and it got banned for the same reason in less then 24hrs even though I didn't do anything with it. All they do is send that they looked into it with some Clyde bot

Hey dude, have you been unbanned after contacting abuse? this is unacceptable coming from a site as large as discord. I just got unfairly banned a few days ago and I need my account back as I am missing all of my friends.

I also got banned, never did anything wrong. I have over 3 months' nitro subscription. I am writing from a backup account because unfortunately I can not enter my main account .. And the date of account deletion is getting closer, and the natural person from the support has not answered me yet, I am afraid that he will not answer me at all :////3 -
Similar thing happened to me. Mentally sick hacker got in my account locked me out for two weeks until it was disabled. The hacker was apparently in cp servers and posting cp. Sick, sick, sick person. I am personally disgusted by this that cp servers even exist on discord and now i'm banned for such disgusting material that i had no part in.

The worst thing was IM A MINOR! and that happened on my account it's sickening that those people get access to the internet.

Ty all for dropping in a comment. For a quick conformation, I have not gotten my account unbanned. (after 10-15 emails on and on)
I haven't changed my opinion on discord's banning system, it should be programmed better.
Though, I have come to a conclusion on discords banning system, after talking to a friend not long ago.
It seems that Discord does mass banning on some servers that don't apply to their policy and terms. Basically said, if you are in a server that for e.g sells hacked accounts of a game, they will most likely ban most people on that server. In my case, I was invited to a server by a friend and we were both banned later that week (and most people in the server aswell).
Moral of the story, dont bother emailing discord, they won't do nothing if you are banned in the case above ^ just avoid sketchy servers or discord will cancel you.
Feel free to keep posting your experiences with discord bans, maybe they'll check this out and decide to do something about it...

Matter of fact I have sent in total over 20 emails to abuse and other discord support.
It seemed that if you were banned in the reason I wrote in the last comment (Mass ban on exploiting servers) They won't even reply to your emails, well at least in my case they didn't bother. After the account got deleted automatically, I finally received a email... only to know that the account with that email didn't exist anymore

After that I gave up on emailing discord and used my alt acc as my main. Thank god I was able to get in contact with most of my friends. Had to lose some though...

How should I recover my alt account when it got straight up banned as soon as I finally verified it after 3 hours of work? I did nothing to do get banned and I think it is unfair! Also, they don't have a set time when it will get enabled again :(

I think you should submit a ticket, as long as you didn't do sus stuff that is not worth their time they will read I think
