Please add a new voice chat feature

Charge, Parity and Time Symmetry

I would appreciate it if you could add a feature that allowed inter-channel communications. Example for where this is useful: multiple semi-independent teams occasionally have to communicate with each other
I would like 2 options for this:

1. To all channels
2. To specific people
