Possible Additional feature

Hi,

I help to run a Discord server for a streamer on Twitch and we use Discord as the community hub for the stream. However, we have been having some issue with Trolls coming in to the server and starting some issues which we have then been able to rectify by banning them from Discord, however some users do not have their Discord and Twitch accounts linked so we are unable to know who on Twitch to ban for these offences. I am hoping that there may be a feature that could be added to allow the server owner to set a mandatory rule where all users in the Discord community must have their Twitch and Discord accounts linked? This would really help to resolve these issues for us. Would this be something that you may be able to have implemented? We have some up to 800 users in the Discord at the moment and we are expecting to get a lot more over the next coming months and just want to ensure that we make a safe environment for the community as there have been issues in the past that we wish to not have to relive. 

Please consider having this feature added as I believe that there may be other servers that would also love to be able to have this.
