post-call feedback dialog box is not complete enough
After a call is done, a dialog box pops up asking for my review of the quality of said call, with 3 smileys ("bad", "ok", "great", I'm assuming) and a dropdown box with a list of known issues that shows up only if I choose anything other than the best smiley.
THE PROBLEM: If I do have an issue to report besides the options mentioned, there is no "Other", where I can detail the issue I actually had.
Therefore, I cannot accurately report any issues I have during the call, if it does not fit any of the options given, except for "No Issue".
THE SOLUTION: Please add an "Other" option, which will populate a user-input textbox for added info.
