Discord Roles system overhaul

The roles system can get a very long list, It would be a good idea if you could put roles into groups, these groups can also be layered to where only the top group can edit the bottom group. also you can set permission to the roles if they would be able to go outside their own permission group.

I can give some examples by pictures and would like to see this implemented it would improve the permission system allot!
