Allow us to pin more messages in a boosted server

My most used server likes to pin messages we find funny so months/years down the line we can look at them and laugh about the message. After having our discord up for years and years we have run out of pins.

That being said, if our server is boosted to level 1 I think we should be able to pin more messages.

Or possibly a bookmark feature would be fantastic.
