Account Locked, Discord Support Won't Respond
My account was disabled a couple days ago, after I accidentally messed up my age in a prompt. For verification, I was born in 2000 but put 2010. Discord now thinks I'm 9, rather than 19. I immediately sent in a support ticket, with proof of age & my account name, tomatoeJoe#8207. Seeing as how this is a more severe problem, I'd of hoped it would've been answered within the first 36 hours, but it appears not. If anyone has any suggestions, it'd be greatly appreciated. I understand discord is a free service, but it is frustrating to be unable to contact a portion of people who only communicate with me through discord. Thank you for your time.

Discord usually takes up to 72 hours to respond, just be patient, pal. Everything comes at its time.

They also take more to respond because of COVID issues, not many workers are at the Headquarters. They even specified right here, 'delayed responses'.

I was recently made aware of someone who has been waiting 13 days on their support ticket. Accounts receive a 2 week period before deletion, yes?

I'm completely fine with being patient. I'm just worried that my account will be deleted/anonymized before they get around to viewing my support ticket. As far as I'm aware, that would happen after 14 days.

Ive been dealing with the same issue on my other account. Its currently going on day 5 and no response.

Mon compte discord a aussi était désactivé et le support ne me répond aussi pas pour le moment, mais pour moi ça fait 1 jour.

I was randomly put into a server, so I left. Then I got put back in, the owner said I will be banned for leaving. So 18 hours before I was banned I messaged discord saying how to prevent my account from being banned. Then it got banned. After sending another message, nobody has answered yet and that was 5 days ago. Way longer than 72 hours :/ Do you guys think they can unban my account? because I have many friends on there that will be lost.

Hey! when i log into my other account and i put my number on my other account and then I removed it as i was trying to log back in my main account it said “The number was recently used on a different account “ i have waited 2 days and still wont let me log back in some one pls help mee i have removed the number from the account still cant log back in can one of u tell me how long do i have wait until i can log back in my account!!

I used my phone number on my friend's account and after I removed it I tried to put it on my own account it just says invalid and discord is taking a while to respond

Same problem here. Got one message from so called support, telling me they are refusing to re enable my account, and is subject to deletion after 2 weeks.
Over a week passed allready, and I cannot get them to respond to me at all. Every message is ignored
