Give option to make cameras static in video calls

So with the latest UI update, when we're in a video call and someone turns off their camera, their window is swapped to the end of the video window, moving everyone around.

My group uses Discord video calling to produce a Tabletop RPG show on Twitch.  The problem is, these cameras need to be static because otherwise, it screws up our production.  This change in the UI has made Discord not much of a viable option anymore.

There's no reason NOT to have an option to make the cameras in the video window static.  In fact, I don't quite see a reason to NEED them to shuffle about in the first place...but regardless, that's how it is now, and it's not that great of a change.  Put in an option to make the videos static, please.
