Custom Video WebCam Layouts (no auto resizing & reordering)

I can not stress enough the huge advantage of having a 'locked template' would be for streaming.  For any stream layout, we have to capture a Discord window, and crop each webcam.  If on our custom stream layout we have names, or special masking, or a specific sizing and/or positioning, a single disconnect/join throws the order (and sizing) out for all webcams in the stream layout.  For instance:

If someone joins like 'Bonez/Pennian' in the example above, all those webcams except the streamer will go out of place and sizing, forcing a manually resizing live on stream. =/
