Permission suggestion to rolls on Server-/Category-/Channellevel

Hi! This is my first post.

I have been in contact with ThomasW (Swedish Discord) about a matter reguarding rolls and permissions.
I will try to explain in english what I want to see as an mayor update on Discord.

Right now you set permissions on a Server-level - but you can't implement them in a Category or a Channel. When you create a new Category or Channel they are by default "Neutral".

What I'm suggesting is a different way of setting the hierarki of the rights of the rolls, where you can set the permission on a server-level as a template. On the server level you set All the rights for the rolls you create. Then when you create a Category, or a channel outside a category - it will automaticly get the permission for the rolls you added as you have declared them on the server-level.

If you then make changes in the Category, this will have a higher priority if you create a new channel within that category. And if you create a new channel within that category and make changes to it, this will have a higher priority. If you clona a channel you will get the same permissions for the new channel from the one you cloned. But! If you create a new channel within the Category - you will have the permission from the Category.

Eather way - I would like to see the permissions for rolls on server-level as just a template. Right now I find this very confusing and not easy to handle. Or! It might be that I just don't understand your way of setting this up.

Please make this easier and I hope I have explained myself as good as I can :)
