Assign roles upon entry

Point 1: On our server people come in through other server users, we would like to have those people who come in this way an automatic role, without an admin having to do this.

Normally its {User X} comes into our server and he becomes a "@everyone" unless we make him something els.
My op my expectation: {User X} comes into our server and he becomes right a way a "Black Member" (what we calles the newbies or just users)

Point 2: When a (parent) member / user manages to get 25 or more invited users on the server, this person deserves a so-called siler-, golden member status. We would also like to have this arranged automatically

Add a bot that automatically does this. Amari's a pretty good bot for it.

I've heard there are BOTS for it, but then the users can choose which role they want, and I want to avoid that because some roles you don't want to give users, otherwise your server will be gone before you know it.
