More Specific Manage Role Settings

This is a suggestion, on how I think, and I know others will agree, Discord could improve the manage role settings. I love Discord, always have, I have had an account on it for over 2 years now and have ran my fair share of servers. One thing I have always wished you guys would add though is the ability to make it possible for one role to only hand out one other kind of role, rather than what you currently have in place which only limits one role to handing out all roles below it. I'd love a setting which lets me set it so that for example someone with a Moderator role can only give out the New Member role, rather than any role below it. I think this would be a great addition to the app and would make Moderation and role giving much easier, and safer. Thank you for reading, have a good day!
