Add option to display local time on your profile

I think it'd be fairly useful to be able to have the option to display your local time, so people in different time zones could check what time it is for other users, rather than asking every time or having to convert it. This would be helpful as many servers have users from many different zones, and would make planning events or voice chat sessions a lot easier.
