Correcting the presentation of emojis. Some currently default to text glyphs in channels/roles/usernames despite emoji presentation being available.

I can't pretend I understand what I'm looking at, but I can confirm that the ones in that column are the ones failing. From what I am reading, other emojis do not have dingbat/text representations. The ones failing, however, all do and for whatever reason, are defaulting to that.

Going by this, at least I think discord is requesting by default the +FE0E presentation and not the +FEOF presentation. But that's a non coders guess.

Does work? But after applying the effect is gone again.
