Account lock due to “not being over 13”

I had to make a new account since I can’t login on the site either to summit this, but I need my other account back since I had two years worth of friends and servers, and nitro. No I am not under 13, I am 18 but haven’t obtained an ID yet. I’ve sent my first appeal after I was locked out freaking out not know what to do to confirm my age without a photo ID. I got a response not helping me at all just saying I was missing my ID. I summited another appeal saying i will get an ID if there is no other way to confirm my age; no response. So later my mother said she had my birth certificate and maybe that would work, we took a photo of my discord ID tag with the date of my birth on the certificate; it’s been two days and no one has responded and I’m getting nervous that I’m not getting my account back and I’ll lose all my stuff. I have also tweeted at them, tried replying to the first email response, and now here. I know there’s a response delay due to everything but I’m having literal nightmares and dreams about this and feel like crying everytime I wake up from these and get some hope thinking maybe the dream was telling me something only to find out there’s nothing and my account is still locked. Someone please tell me if I did a step wrong or if my birth certificate wasn’t enough so I can go get an ID before it’s too late. Thank you for reading!

Same!! Let's say my sister accidentally clicked an NSFW channel and she asked me what my birthday was, i thought it was a survey at first but when I logged back to my account it said "Your account will be deleted after 14 days" and saying more about not being 13 years old, but I'm using discord for months!!! Thats terribly unacceptable! I agree with you! I'm almost losing hope rn T^T
